This weekend, August 28/29, 2010, the Hunger Ministry as well as the Environmental Justice Ministry will be sponsoring Share the Harvest ministry. We are asking all of our parishioners to bring fresh produce either from your garden or store to Mass to place on the altar, just as we do every week after the collection basket has been passed. We will be delivering this food to the Riverwest Food Pantry who is very excited about receiving this fresh produce! Thank you so much for sharing your resources.
